Services

Pritchard Specialised Solutions provides cybersecurity assessments, including penetration testing, red-team exercises, phishing resilience assessments, cloud identity attack simulation, vulnerability validation, breach-readiness exercises, reporting, remediation guidance, and retesting.

Authorisation

Clients must own or be authorised to test all targets. Active testing begins only after scope, rules of engagement, timing, escalation contacts, and exclusions are agreed in writing.

Client duties

Clients must provide accurate target information, access where required, named technical contacts, safe test windows, and timely responses if testing may affect production systems.

Safety limits

Pritchard Solutions will not intentionally perform destructive activity, data exfiltration beyond proof requirements, persistence, denial-of-service testing, or out-of-scope access unless explicitly authorised in writing.

Deliverables

Deliverables may include executive summaries, technical reports, evidence, reproduction steps, remediation guidance, and retest results as defined in the engagement scope.

Liability

Cybersecurity testing carries operational risk. Liability, payment terms, confidentiality, and data-handling obligations are governed by the signed proposal or services agreement for each engagement.
